IST Clubs run in Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons Monday through Friday for Early Childhood through Upper School.

Archery Club introduces students to the fundamentals of archery in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Participants will learn proper shooting techniques, range safety, focus, and target accuracy while building confidence, patience, and self discipline. Whether students are beginners or have prior experience, the club offers a fun opportunity to develop new skills and enjoy friendly target competitions throughout the year.

Art Club is a fun and creative space for kids to explore their imagination through art! Open to all skill levels, the club offers hands-on activities like drawing, painting, crafting, and more. Kids will have the chance to learn new art techniques and work on group projects. With a focus on creativity and self-expression, the club provides a supportive and playful environment for young artists enjoy making art together.

The Chess Club welcomes middle and upper school students of all skill levels to learn, play, and compete in the classic game of strategy. Members sharpen their minds, practice sportsmanship, and enjoy friendly matches and tournaments.

In Coding Club, students develop STEM skills by learning the basics of programming and digital creativity. Through hands-on activities, they build confidence as young innovators and problem solvers. Join the Coding Club to explore how computers work and learn to code through games, puzzles, and interactive projects. No experience needed—just curiosity and imagination!

This club offers hands-on experience in the kitchen. Participants will learn essential cooking skills, explore exciting recipes from around the world, and discover the importance of nutrition and food safety. With guidance, kids will build confidence as they create delicious dishes to share with family and friends.

Debate Club offers a dynamic platform for students to hone their public speaking, critical thinking, and persuasive argumentation skills. Through structured debates, discussions, and workshops, members will explore current events, ethical dilemmas, and global issues. The club emphasizes research, reasoning, and respectful dialogue, helping students develop confidence in articulating their viewpoints.

In DI, students work together in teams to solve open-ended STEAM challenges designed to teach the creative process. The creative process is a step-by-step approach that helps students better understand problems and ask better questions, come up with solutions, learn from failure, and celebrate their achievements. In going through this process, kids learn vital life and career skills - creative thinking, critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving - that help them feel empowered and set them up for success in the future.

Esports Club provides students with the opportunity to compete, collaborate, and build skills through organized video game play. Participants will develop teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, and sportsmanship while competing in a variety of age appropriate games and challenges. Whether students are experienced gamers or new to esports, the club offers a fun and inclusive environment to connect with peers and participate in friendly competitions throughout the year.

Gardening Club gives students the opportunity to learn about plants, gardening techniques, and environmental stewardship through hands on experiences. Members will plant, grow, and care for flowers, vegetables, herbs, and other plants while learning about sustainability, ecosystems, and healthy growing practices. The club encourages responsibility, teamwork, and a connection to nature in a fun and rewarding outdoor setting.

Theatre Club offers an opportunity for students to explore their passion for drama and the performing arts. Participants will engage in acting workshops, script readings, and stage production, learning essential skills in voice, movement, and improvisation. With opportunities to perform in productions, the club fosters creativity, collaboration, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Ping Pong Club is a fun and active environment where students can learn, practice, and compete in table tennis. Players of all skill levels are welcome to improve their technique, develop strategy, and enjoy friendly matches with classmates. The club promotes sportsmanship, focus, hand eye coordination, and teamwork while providing a great opportunity to meet new friends and have fun after school.

The Early Childhood Reading Club is a joyful space where young children develop a love for books and stories. Through interactive read-alouds, songs, and hands-on literacy activities, children build early language skills, imagination, and confidence as readers. The club also supports parents and caregivers with tips to foster reading habits at home.

Our Trailblazer engineers will use their STEM mindset and high-level thinking skills as they build and code. At various levels, students will work with LEGO Essential Spike and Wonder robots to exploring tech challenge robotics through automation and engineering. We’re here to foster creativity and problem-solving prowess.

Sports will be a club that covers a wide variety of sports throughout the semester. Instead of focusing on one sport, this club will feature a rotation of sports from learning the rules of the game to playing the game both individually and as a team with other classmates. This will provide an introduction to each sport to give a better idea of interest level going forward. Sports include: soccer, basketball, football, golf, and more!

STEM Club provides students with hands on opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through engaging projects, experiments, and challenges. Students will collaborate to solve real world problems, build creative solutions, and develop critical thinking, teamwork, and innovation skills. Activities may include robotics, coding, engineering design, scientific investigations, and technology-based projects, making STEM both fun and interactive for learners of all experience levels.

Whether you're a trivia enthusiast or simply enjoy learning new things, Quiz Bowl offers a fun and challenging environment for students of all knowledge levels.

The Wellness Club helps young children learn healthy habits for body and mind. Through fun activities, movement, and games, students build confidence, kindness, and a love for taking care of themselves. In the Wellness Club, children explore what it means to feel strong, calm, and happy. Each session includes fun exercises, mindful moments, and creative ways to stay healthy inside and out.
